The Mana Lounge Shipping Policy (Canada Only)

At The Mana Lounge, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and in a timely manner. We offer the following shipping options for our Canadian customers:

Canada Post Letter Mail

• Description: This option is available only for small orders of trading cards.
• Cost: This is our most affordable shipping option.
• Insurance and Tracking: This option does not include insurance or tracking.
• Liability: The Mana Lounge is not liable for any lost or undelivered items shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail. We do not have any recourse for recovering your order if it is lost in transit.

Canada Post Expedited

• Description: This option is available for all orders and includes tracking and insurance.
• Cost: This option is more expensive but offers added security for your shipment.
• Insurance and Tracking: This option includes tracking and insurance.
• Orders Over $500.00: For orders exceeding $500.00, additional charges may be required to cover the appropriate insurance costs.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
