The Mana Lounge was founded in 2019 with a passion for creating a high-quality, welcoming game and hobby store experience. We specialize in Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer, and other trading card games, while also offering a wide selection of board games, role-playing games, and hobby supplies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and has a genuine passion for games and hobbies.

As a full-time team member, you will play a key role in day-to-day store operations, customer experience, and maintaining the overall energy and presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Recommend products based on customer needs and product knowledge
• Maintain and restock inventory to ensure a well-organized store
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Support store cleanliness and overall presentation
• Represent The Mana Lounge’s values in all customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong interest or knowledge in trading card games, board games, or tabletop gaming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers and basic technology
• Availability for evenings and weekend shifts
